I get a lot of great ideas from Pinterest, but before I re-pin I always go to the link and check it out to make sure it is genuine and that it works.
Here is what I have learned: many people post from blogs, and when you click on the pin, it takes you to whatever is current on the blog.
HINT: If you want to pin from a post (mine or anyone's) please click on the title of the entry. This will take you to the direct link for that day. Pin from that page and it should go back to it.
HINT: The same thing is true for linking to a post on Facebook.
